Sona Fitness Cancellation Policy
Personal Training:
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least a 12 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. You may cancel your appointment through your confirmation email or by contacting us at support@sona.fitness or 847-316-9863.
Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result in a $60 cancellation fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Semi-Private Classes:
Our classes have limited capacity, and many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may cancel your appointment through your confirmation email or by contacting us at support@sona.fitness or 847-316-9863.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least a 12 hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 12 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
